Padideh received her M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering-Photonics from Boston University. She joined Photonic Biosensing Lab at McGill University in 2017 and is currently pursuing her PhD in Electrical Engineering. Her research focuses on real-time detection of plasmonically amplified DNA via a miniature photonic Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) system for point-of-care (POC) applications.
